comes to special requests?
Ellie Bartlett: I have yet to receive 
a request that we weren’t able to 
complete! I love learning new skills and 
techniques to bring our members’ ideas 
to life. If you have something special 
in mind, don’t be afraid to ask; I love a 
good challenge!
Can the pastry team create something 
completely custom for a birthday, 
anniversary, wedding or other 
celebration?
Ellie Bartlett: Absolutely! I have an 
assistant who helps with our creative 
requests, and we love getting to 
make something truly special for our 
members. If you can dream it, we’ll try 
to bake it, make it, or figure out 
how to bring it to 
life!
Party size does affect availability of 
options; this is to ensure that you 
and your guests receive a wonderful 
dining experience. Kristina Jarrett, our 
bar manager, would love to help you 
feature a signature cocktail or special 
wine.
What exactly is included in the Prairie 
Dunes Banquet Guide and when should 
members use it?
Eliana Engle: The Banquet Event Guide 
is a great place to start planning an 
event, whether it’s a special occasion 
dinner, business meeting, or holiday 
party. It details the atmosphere in each 
of our venues along with buffet items, 
hors d’oeuvres, desserts and alcohol 
tiers. While it shows off what we offer in 
event settings, it is not intended to limit 
your vision for your special event.
I’m staying in one of the lodges with a 
group. Can we have a private dinner 
prepared and served right there?
Eliana Engle: Yes, you can! We’ll 
welcome you in one of the clubhouse 
dining facilities or serve you in the 
Founders’ Lodge and Pub. Before 
you stay, we’ll ask you to select a meal 
option from our Family Style Meal 
Menu, then help you choose where 
you’d like it hosted and at what time.
If my group arrives on a Monday when 
the Club is closed, can we still have 
dinner waiting for us?
Kristina Jarrett: Absolutely. We have
