team to put their heads together 
to answer some of the questions 
they are most frequently asked about 
what the Club can do to enhance the 
member lifestyle with convenience and 
ideas for everything from an elevated 
gathering, night of camaraderie around 
a fire, celebration of special guests, or 
any personal or corporate occasion you 
want to make memorable. Read how

Can I bring my own food or beverage to 
the Club?
Calloway Kocher: Current policy doesn’t 
allow outside food or beverage. We are 
happy, however, to try to complete any 
special request you may have.
I’m hosting a party for 20 people. Do I 
need to figure out the menu myself, 
or is there someone who can 
help me plan the food and 
drinks?
Eliana Engle: We can 
absolutely assist with 
that! Any party with 
13 or more guests 
will have a prix fixe 
menu selected to 
best fit the dynamic 
of the group. Just 
contact me and I’ll 
collect the details 
and work with

Rick Carr to 
arrive at the 
best menu 
for your 
group’s 
dietary 
needs and
